Large oil on canvas, "Gossip" by Hilda K. Jillard ( 1899-1975) ex artist's estate. the painting depicts seamen in front of St Ives harbour. Hillard worked in Cornwall for 12 years and is associated with the Newlyn and St Ives schools.
