Killarney Work Box

Killarney Souvenir Sewing Sarcophagus shaped Box, veneered with Arbutus wood ( often mistaken for Yew wood) with various inlaid geometric patterns and designs in Sycamore and Rosewood. the top with a centrally raised panel, with a cottage ornée in a landscape design surrounded by geometric inlaid borders. The sloping sides decorated with an inlaid shamrock border. The hinged lid opens to show the inside lid decorated with a harp and shamrocks within a chequered border  and a  lift out tray fitted with compartements, some with lids.
