Charles I Oak Coffer

Charles I Oak Coffer of small size and of panelled construction, the cleated plank top attached to the base by pin hinges (not original), with two panel front and back and single panelled sides, original iron escutcheon, lock missing. made from reused timber as is evident from the Tudor carved flower panel in the back.
