Oil on Board Street Brighton by George Charlton ( 1889- 1979), unfinished but exhibited at his retrospective exhibition in 1982 at the Highgate Gallery. Landscape artist and illustrater, studied at the Slade and taught there as well, first one man show at the Redfearn Gallery in 1924.
