Early watercolour on paper, showing walkers and figures on the Steine at the center of Brightonhelmstone (modern day Brighton),  painted in around 1790 at the begiining of the fashionable Regency period of Brighton in the time of George IV .
In an moulded Oak glazed frame with wedge shaped gilt slip.
