Egyptian Revival Folding Seat, made from honey coloured Beech, the X framed legs carved in the form vulture heads, with beaks, inlaid bone and ebony eyes and ornament and carved ring bands, inserted into sledge feet with Swan head ends, the curved seat rails upholstered with tan leather (possibly original)

This stool is almost certain a copy of an original ancient Egyptian seat. There is a folding seat of similar form in the British Museum.
