Victorian Desk Chair

Victorian Arm chair, in Mahogany, with wide curved top back rail, with a painted armorial, with the motto        "We stoop not", the short curved arms with turned supports, witth solid saddle seat supported on turned front legs with brass cup casters and splayed back legs on brass casters.  
The coat of arms is that of the Anderton family, originally from the village of Anderton in the Parish of Standish, near Wigan in Lancashire
